Where exactly is my data?
A Phoenix-area data center, in cabinets Vault owns, with hardware nobody else administers. We'll tell you exactly where it is and who touches it — that's the point.
What happens if I change vendors?
You take your data, in formats you can actually open — labelled PDFs, spreadsheets and standard database exports. Documented ways out exist on day one, not as an upsell.
