About Us

We run your IT, and we build the software you run on. Thirteen years operating, on hardware we own.

Two things, since 2013

Vault Data Servers was founded by Thomas Sims (TJ) and has been running dental and medical infrastructure since 2013. Servers, networks, backups, security and phones — on hardware we own and operate, not leased cloud space.

The second half is newer. We build practice software as well as run the systems it sits on: TMJ Journey, for TMJ and dental sleep medicine, is written here and hosted here. Which means when something breaks, the people who can change the software are the people answering the phone.

Thirteen years of decisions live in documented runbooks rather than in one person's memory — which is rather the point. You shouldn't have to explain your network twice.
